Problem
As many workflows become digital by default, Singapore’s large ageing population struggle to keep up, resulting in stress and isolation. Current solutions rely on 1-1 assistance and are not scalable.
Solution
Media content empowering seniors to self-learn and reference mobile app functions, and in future, voice commands for key government-related tasks.
